Greens?

Today I started with a nice bowl of Kashi Puffed Cereal. Needed something quick and health. Just add milk!

Went to the gym and did some elliptical. Followed up this warm up with strength training cardio circuit.

As soon as I arrive home, I had me a chocolate Optimum Nutrition protein shake. Tasty, only 1 Gram of fat, 19 G of protein and 1 carb.

What else could you ask for? Throw in a TBSP of peanut butter and I am in heaven!

Today at lunch, I just felt the need to get out in the snow for a nice walk. I walked to a nearby vitamin shop and found me an interesting protein bar that Ive never seen before. Here is the info on it, info from http://greensplus.com/product_info.php/products_id/156 :

Now I don’t know anything about raw or green food so I appreciate if you could post comments on what you think about it.

It was different noticeably from ANY other protein bar I have ever eaten for a few things, the consistency, color and taste.  In the lower picture, you can see how the inside is GREEN. It tasted like real chocolate with a bite like the crunch into a Hershey Chocolate bar. Real solid bite !

So please, if you don’t mind – post in the comments section on your feelings on how this bar is good or NOT good for you. Love to hear you comments about the green ingredients in this product.
